The project was a challenge from the start — the data models and architecture were extremely complex — which made the work even more rewarding. I focused on building a foundation that could scale confidently, remain easy to maintain, and support the product’s long-term evolution.
A platform designed for developers and teams to collaborate with clients fractionally — from anywhere.
When I joined, the product was already live, but there was room to refine key experiences. I completely rebuilt the time tracker, making it faster, more intuitive, and reliable.
I also integrated additional payment methods through Stripe, making transactions easier and expanding support for more clients worldwide.
Postcards for Parents turns complex developmental science into simple weekly guidance for parents.
I rebuilt the platform from a monolithic Laravel app into a modular API + React architecture, improving performance, reliability, and laying a much stronger foundation for faster development and better user experience.
Maine Affordable Housing Coalition's website is a central resource for housing policy, advocacy, and community partners in Maine. Its companion landing page, YesToHousing.me, introduces the mission in a clear, focused, and action-driven way.
I built both using WordPress with extensive custom code — creating custom components and pages, with scalable structures tailored to each site’s goals. The main site supports rich, frequently updated content, while the landing page is optimized for clarity, speed, and conversion.
A complete physical assessment platform that helps personal trainers track client progress and build safer, more effective workout plans.
This project defined a major chapter of my career. I began as an intern and, almost ten years later, left as a part owner. Over that time, I shaped the product end to end — UI/UX, architecture, features, marketing, you name it.
Despite being a niche solution, it grew to over 5,000 registered users and a solid base of paying subscribers. Unfortunately it was discontinued some time after my departure.
